Clear, warm, and professional policies for bookings, planning, and guest expectations.
At launch, all bookings begin with an inquiry so we can understand the dates, group, and experience you are looking for. From there, we provide custom follow-up, confirm the right fit, and issue invoicing through QuickBooks where appropriate.
A 25 percent deposit is generally required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is generally due 14 days before the arrival date or scheduled experience.
If a guest cancels more than 14 days before the scheduled date, the deposit is generally transferable to a future date. In some situations, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
If a guest cancels within 14 days of the scheduled date, the deposit is generally forfeited. However, transfers may still be considered if the date can be refilled or if the situation reasonably warrants flexibility.
If Outdoors with Griff needs to cancel or reschedule for team-side reasons, the situation will be handled directly and fairly based on the circumstances.
For safety reasons, final go or no-go decisions related to weather, water, trail, and ice conditions are made by the Outdoors with Griff Team.
Some stays or experiences may require a signed waiver or acknowledgement form before participation.
